What Does It Mean By Having Fluid In The Cervix

The Rise of 'The INA

We are in 1912 and this is the advertisement announcing the birth of the National Insurance as a public body to exercise the monopoly of life insurance in Italy.

Below are some extracts from the article written by journalist Augusto Biagi Annex "reading" the Corriere dei Piccoli in September 1912.

"This eminently social character of labor, since it is in possession of an essay that everyone should adopt towards the economic damage that can cause premature death to his family, was so far entrusted to private initiative. But recently, in Italy this function, which is something more and better than that of the savings, the foundation of great national wealth but it was adopted, and mature through difficult trials and lengthy discussions, the State, since the government patronage of the Minister Nitti, did the great reform of the nationalization of life insurance. The National Insurance Institute has only two months of life and its laws, and the beginning of his administration was cumbersome for many reasons ....
The audience also included in his majority - and the experience will be responsible for day to day even more convincing - the absolute convenience of contact for the fulfillment of a sacred act in everyone's life at the Institute National Insurance.
It is not only to be under the direct and continuous control of government, offers the most unlimited government guarantee, the conditions of its policy are of a donation that can not be denied, since, for example, the National Institute also provides the military PEL death at war, and for suppression of a revolt, or following injury or disease contracted in service. The funds and annuities are seizure and insurance policies issued by the National State guarantee ....

From this rapid success of a bold initiative is not, moreover, that draw the happy realization that even in Italy, if not yet at the same grade from abroad, the feeling of security is deeply planted in all classes social. The Department of State may regulate, to attract and cultivate them until they give wonderful fruits, this renewed national consciousness.
And maybe it can get closer to the day when you realize the vote, which foresee a good king of France when he wished that all the pots of all the houses of his subjects could boil a capon day: vote namely that all citizens are, by the most modern form of social security, equal protection, consistent, efficient, truly his father by the State, for themselves and their children. "
